CNC TOOLING AND MASTERS:

Fiber Art CNC Tooling personnel have extensive experience in aerospace structures and furnishings. Our experience ranges from aerospace to commercial composite products.
We operate two 5 AXIS design Computer Numerical Control (CNC) routers.

Our routers can produce master models and prototypes of significant sizes up to (10'X x 10Y' x 3'Z). Using a fixed table design allows Fiber Art to fabricate tooling masters or models weighing up to 5000 LBS. The overall size of our tables and 5 AXIS “Z” provides our customer the opportunity to see their masters made in one piece without having to splice the master together.

Fiber Art’s quality commitment to our customer is always our first priority. Our 5 AXIS CNC Router can hold tolerances of .005.

Fiber Art offers tooling systems ranging from room cure to 450° F. Our tooling systems all have a very low thermal coefficient making it possible to go from ambient temperature to 350°F with low shrinkage or expansion within the tool. We offer master molds, lay-up molds, trapped silicone molds, compression molds, slosh molds, and resin transfer molding capabilities.
